Who sells?

The products sold on archipelaudio.com — downloadable audio software and plugins — are published and sold by Archipel Audio SAS. Any question: hello@archipelaudio.com. Payment is handled by our partner Lemon Squeezy, which issues the order receipt.

Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, VAT included, on each product page and at checkout. The applicable price is the one displayed when you order. Never a subscription: a purchase is one-time.

Order and delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: as soon as payment is confirmed, an email goes to the address entered at checkout, with a download link valid for 72 hours. Need a fresh link? Reply to that email or write to hello@archipelaudio.com — we'll resend it.

News from Archipel Audio

As a customer, you will occasionally receive news from Archipel Audio by email: our tools for musicians, similar to the one you bought. You can refuse it at checkout (“I don't want to receive it” box, unticked, next to the payment button), then at any time, free of charge, through the one-click unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@archipelaudio.com. Your purchase never depends on it. Details: privacy policy.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

By confirming the order, you request immediate delivery of the digital content and expressly consent to it starting before the end of the legal withdrawal period, which entails waiving that right (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Archipel Audio nonetheless grants you an equivalent contractual guarantee: 14 days to change your mind, from the date of purchase. Write to us within that period (or simply reply to the delivery email): full refund, no justification needed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued via Lemon Squeezy, to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days at most.

License

A purchase opens a license for one buyer, valid for life, with 2 activations (two machines). Personal or professional use: your productions, commercial ones included, are entirely yours. Plugin updates are included. Reselling, renting and redistributing the software are forbidden. The Archipel Bundle follows the same license: a one-time purchase, a single key valid for the whole collection, 2 activations (two machines) for every plugin.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to hello@archipelaudio.com.
